Create this gentle, not expensive and easy to make rice flour mask and scrub with two simple ingredients.

Why Rice flour?

Well… its a well kept secret from Japanese women that using a brown rice flour mask and scrub on a regular basis will lighten your skin and give a translucent glow to your face. Rice contains Ferulic acid which is an antioxidant and Allantoin, an anti inflammatory agent.

You can use this rice flour face mask every other day but I would advise not to scrub your face too often so you do not disrupt the fragile balance of your face skin and end up with acne.

Are you supposed to grind the rice into powder first? Then combine it altogether? Or do you use cooked rice?

HI Catarina, you are supposed to use rice flour. If you do not have rice flour, simply gring dry rice into a fast blender (like ninja blender for example). No need to cok the rice!
